We are seeking a skilled and efficient MET Technician / Strip Fitter to join our state‑of‑the‑art garage. With a clear path to earning an £80,000 OTE, this role rewards quality, speed, and dedication.

• Perform all mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) operations and component strip/fitting on a variety of vehicles.
• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and in strict line with manufacturers' specifications.
• Maintain high levels of productivity and quality in a dynamic, fast‑paced workshop.
• Uphold exceptional standards of workmanship to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

• Proven experience as an MET Technician or Strip Fitter within a busy bodyshop environment.
• A recognised apprenticeship and a relevant technical qualification (e.g., NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, or ATA).
• Strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques and standards.
• A self‑motivated team player with a proactive attitude and a strong commitment to achieving performance and bonus targets.
• Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high‑quality work.
