Relief Care Supervisor
McCarthy Stone are recruiting a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join our team at our prestigious Campbell House development in Weybridge House.
Hourly rate: £16.78 for day shifts and £13.03 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
Hours are on an ‘as and when’ basis, to be discussed with the development manager. Day shifts vary between 08:45–16:30 or 16:15–09:30. Night shifts: 21:30–09:00. Relief supervisors sleep between 23:00–07:00 providing emergency support only to homeowners during that period.

- Live within easy commuting distance of the estate.
- Warm, friendly, organised, and self‑motivated, with experience working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- Want to work in the Health and Social care sector and preferably have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification; consideration will be given to a candidate with an alternative qualification and relevant experience.
- Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
- Able to coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen the community spirit within the development.
- Driven to continue to grow their skills and want to lead by example and think on their feet.
- Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
