• Interact with customers in-store and over the phone or via email, providing legendary customer service and ensuring enquiries and purchases are handled professionally.
• Conduct free on‑site surveys after the probationary period, visiting customers in their homes, workplaces or other locations – often coordinating with multiple departments, third parties and the latest home‑automation technology.
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization, keeping the shop floor welcoming and the stockroom properly arranged.
• Develop in‑depth product knowledge to answer technical queries and advise customers.
• Manage time efficiently to prioritise tasks and meet sales targets.
• Move stock and adjust displays, which may involve stairs and heavy lifting.
• Work five days in a 7‑day week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for legendary customer service.
• Interest and willingness to learn about audio‑visual technologies.
• Strong communication skills, able to tune into customer needs and apply upselling techniques.
• Well‑presented, approachable, confident and attentive to detail.
