• Greeting customers and delivering great service from start to finish
• Carrying out pre‑screen tests and supporting the optometrist
• Helping patients choose the right frames and lenses
• Dispensing, fitting, and adjusting glasses

• Assisting with general admin and keeping the practice running smoothly
