More About Your Role- Set up and manage a range of sustainable Healthy Communities projects/programmes that deliver measurable impact in a local contract area, focusing on tackling health inequalities.
- Complete any monitoring and evaluation requested by your line manager in line with current data protection protocols.
- Deliver specific Healthy Community projects/programmes—such as Exercise Referral classes and falls prevention—according to parameters discussed with your line manager.
- Qualified instructor in a relevant discipline, with Level 3 Exercise Referral and a relevant teaching qualification (Gym Level 3, NGB Level 2 or higher).
- Experienced in planning, delivering and monitoring sessions.
- Passion for improving the health of the local community.
- Ability to use MS Office tools.
