At Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner. You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather. We use automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van. Working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays – so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £13.75 per hour, with enhanced overtime available.

So what do we need from you? You don’t need any previous experience to join our good‑natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our training team will do the rest!

But you will need the following driving licence requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months experience desirable)
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years

Some deliveries involve alcohol, so you must be over 18. As this is a customer‑facing role, good communication skills are essential.

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract: Your contracted workweek is 40 hours, which can be scheduled as either four 10‑hour days or five 8‑hour days within a seven‑day period.

Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning and finish as late as 24:00 (midnight). You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure: Lunar – you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.

Hourly Pay Rates

Monday‑Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.28

Evening Premium (from 6 pm): £1.12

Sunday Day Premium: £1.33

Sunday Evening Premium: £2.56

Overtime Rate Monday‑Saturday (Day Shift): £16.60

Overtime Rate Monday‑Saturday (Evening Shift): £18.00
