OverviewAt Ocado Logistics, our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role in delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner. You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like! We use our automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van.
Everyone’s shifts will vary, involving evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. In addition to your base pay you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £13.75 per hour. All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid.
Job responsibilities• Deliver groceries and other ordered goods to customers’ addresses.
• Follow automated route plans and handle products including alcohol when required.
• Maintain a positive customer experience through professional communication and safe driving practices.
Qualifications and requirements- Full UK or EU driving licence.
- Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
- Maximum of 6 penalty points.
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
- Must be over 18 to handle alcohol deliveries.
- Good communication skills are essential as this is a customer-facing role.

: 40‑hour work week, scheduled as either four 10‑hour days or five 8‑hour days within a seven‑day period.
Shifts
: AM & PM. Start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Shift rota released up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay structure
:
The position is lunars paid – you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.
Hourly pay rates
:
- Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.28
- Evening Premium (from 6 pm): £1.12
- Sunday Day Premium: £1.33
- Sunday Evening Premium: £2.56
- Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £16.60
- Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £18.00
