Main purpose of role

The People Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services across the organisation. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and assisting with compliance and reporting. The postholder will work closely with People Advisors and People Coordinators to deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused HR service aligned with organisational values and safeguarding responsibilities.

37 hours per week, Permanent

08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday
08:30 to 16:30 Friday
