You will play a key part in delivering high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and helping maintain a positive, safe environment.

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
• Assisting with meals, mobility, and general wellbeing
• Promoting independence and dignity at all times
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
• Working collaboratively with the wider care team

• Previous experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential)
• Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to person-centred care
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced care environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
