Location: The Gables Residential Home, Whitehaven
Salary: £13.47 per hour
Hours: 21.5 to 26.5 per week
Contract: Permanent

You will support older adults to live their lives as they choose, encouraging good nutrition, fitness and mobility, and promoting emotional wellness. You will provide personal care, administer medication, and foster independence.

• Provide physical and emotional care for residents.
• Assist with medication and personal care routines.
• Encourage good nutrition, fitness, and mobility.
• Promote emotional wellbeing and independence.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high‑quality support services.

• No prior experience or qualifications required.
• Full paid training and development will be provided.
