Haven is a new and innovative partnership across a number of partners including Home Group;
Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust;
Everyturn; ICAN;
The Well;
Cumbria Health and others. As part of Home Groups offer, we are delivering community outreach supporting people with their mental health in the community; proactive groups and drop ins within the community; core support within the new Hope Haven Hub which is due to open shortly; as well as providing 4 short stay accommodation beds for people who require that little bit of extra support.

Experience of leading a team, and have the knack for empowering and developing others The ability to be able to work in partnership with other agencies, building and fostering excellent working relationships. Home Group a great place to work ! The practical bits Hope Haven is a 24/7 7 days a week service, you will predominantly work 9am 5:30pm at times, you may need to change your working hours to fit in with the needs of the service and to support your team. Occasional weekend working is required. Youll spend the majority of your time in the service and working from the Hub which is due to open shortly.
