Known for their transparent approach and first-class service, they specialise in helping a wide range of clients – from first-time buyers to home movers and remortgage customers – find the right mortgage solutions.

With access to a broad panel of lenders, excellent introducer relationships, and a culture that rewards quality over quantity, this firm is expanding and looking to bring on an ambitious Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team.

You’ll be advising residential clients across the UK, guiding them through the mortgage process with clarity, confidence, and care. From first-time buyers needing step-by-step support, to experienced homeowners looking for the best remortgage deals, you’ll be providing tailored advice that truly makes a difference.

You’ll manage the full client journey – from initial consultation to application and completion – with full administrative support so you can focus on what you do best: advising and building relationships. With all leads provided, you’ll have the platform to succeed without the pressure of self-generation.

• Provide tailored mortgage advice to residential clients across purchase, remortgage and product transfer cases
• Build lasting client relationships by understanding needs and recommending the most suitable mortgage solutions
• Manage the full application process with administrative support in place
• Stay up to date with mortgage products, lender criteria, and industry trends
• Ensure compliance and deliver an outstanding client experience every step of the way
• Work towards individual and team performance targets

• Basic Salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
• Realistic OTE of £75,000+ (uncapped commission)
• All leads provided – no self-generation required

• Minimum 12 months' experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Broker
• Solid understanding of UK residential mortgage products and processes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive and driven, with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their home ownership goals
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a supportive, high-performing environment
