Management Accountant

Location:

Whiteley, hybrid

Salary: £55,000-£60,000 per annum

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you’ll be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, driving efficiency across systems and processes, and supporting the business as it transitions to new recurring revenue streams. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of scope to implement change and make a real impact.

• Preparing monthly management accounts and board packs.
• Revenue assurance reconciliation and cashflow reporting.
• Analyzing performance against budgets and forecasts.
• VAT/PAYE compliance.
• Cost control and KPI monitoring.
• Streamlining financial processes and supporting other departments with their financial needs.
• Deputising for the Head of Finance when required.

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent); finalist considered.
• Strong management accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Hands‑on approach and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive change and implement new practices.
• Experience in an SME environment preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Sage 200 ideal.
