The Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant – Temporary/Contract Specialist We’re looking for a passionate and proactive 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the entire recruitment cycle, sourcing, engaging, and placing talented professionals in civil engineering design roles. As the key link between candidates and clients, you’ll be instrumental in delivering impactful solutions and creating value across both sides of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Engagement: Source, attract, and screen candidates using various channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for civil engineering design roles.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs, and provide staffing solutions that meet their project requirements.
  • Job Marketing: Craft compelling job ads and market roles effectively to attract top candidates.
  • Candidate Management: Guide candidates through every step, from interviews and onboarding to contract negotiations, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Business Development: Identify new clients, attend industry events, and build our network within civil engineering design to expand business opportunities.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and market changes to provide strategic advice to clients on best practices, rates, and workforce developments.
  • Process Enhancement: Contribute to continuous improvement, refining our recruitment processes and enhancing service delivery for candidates and clients.
What You Bring:
  • A degree is preferred (but not essential), along with a strong passion for professional and personal development.
  • Solid understanding of temporary/contract recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting connections.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to influence decisions effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring precise candidate assessments and placements.
  • Proficiency with recruitment management tools and software.
  • A high standard of professionalism and ethical integrity.
