Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer to support the business in a hybrid role. This position will focus on performance analysis, reporting, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver effective Service Now solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain Service Now solutions
- Conduct Service Now performance analysis and optimisation
- Create, customise, and maintain reports and dashboards
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide ongoing development and support across the platform

- Proven experience as a Service Now Developer
- Strong reporting and performance analysis skills within Service Now
