Due to continued growth, Corrigenda are looking to recruit a proactive and experienced PPM Supervisor to oversee our Mechanical and Electrical contract at the University of Portsmouth. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance, efficient management of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), accurate asset information, and subcontractor performance.
Key Responsibilities will Include (but not limited to): PPM and Compliance Management- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory PPM tasks, identifying shortfalls and implementing corrective actions.
- Schedule and oversee timely completion of PPM tasks, ensuring KPI targets are consistently achieved.
- Regularly update client reporting systems with accurate maintenance completion dates and compliance certifications.
- Investigate and resolve instances of missed or delayed services.
- Maintain accurate asset and property management data, updating CAFM systems as required.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in asset data, ensuring consistency across systems and records.
- Manage variation orders relating to asset management, ensuring contractual compliance.
- Collaborate with Technical Managers to gather information for quotations and timely completion of works.
- Foster strong relationships with internal engineering teams, external subcontractors, and specialist support partners.
- Liaise professionally and proactively with client stakeholders, regularly communicating progress and status updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries regarding invoicing and administrative matters.
- Support the Contract Manager in collaborative working, managing work-in-progress levels, and enhancing service efficiency.
- Attend monthly compliance meetings to present PPM performance.
- Continuously seek client feedback, responding promptly and constructively.
- Assist with monthly financial reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of financial applications for completed PPM works.
- Obtain accurate job numbers and purchase orders from clients for scheduled work.
- Produce detailed monthly client reports regarding PPM and remedial activities.
- Audit certification and documentation from engineers and specialist subcontractors for accuracy and compliance.
- Highlight potential non-compliance risks to the Contract Manager, agreeing corrective measures as necessary.
- Proven experience in PPM scheduling and compliance management within a Hard FM environment.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements, particularly relating to Mechanical and Electrical maintenance.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organisational skills.
- Competency in using CAFM systems.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
