Sales Account Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

Deal with all inbound enquiries that are emailed to the business and follow up to confirm information
Follow up on all leads and pass to sales team
Support Telesales team inputting information into CRM to generate a quote
Help generate new business sales from existing clients and potential new clients whilst providing first class customer service
Online customer webchat support
Account manage regular long-standing accounts
Work alongside Marketing, Tendering and Telesales to coordinate leads and sales

Experience and Skills:

Previous Experience in Account Management or B2B New Business.
Effective verbal and written communication skills including telephone, webchat and email.
Results-driven nature
Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Effective organisational skills

Salary and

Working Hours:

£27,450
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week)
