The Position:

We are seeking Skin Care Coaches (retail associates at skoah).

No prior skin care experience is necessary, as we offer one of the best training programs around. Skin Care Coaches guide guests through personalized skin care programs and support our Skin Care Trainers (estheticians) throughout the day. You'll connect with regular guests, building relationships, and also welcome new guests on their first visit. As the guest's first impression, use your sense of humor, curiosity, and empathy to make them feel  will also set personal goals with managers and trainers and have opportunities to learn other areas of the company if interested.

We are looking for individuals to grow their careers at our Morgan Crossing location.

We are looking for:

• Full-time availability, 4-5 shifts per week, including weekends
• Part-time availability, 3 shifts per week, including one weekend day
• Energetic individuals with retail experience and a passion for skin care
• Innovative problem-solvers who think on their feet and provide customer-oriented solutions
