Location: Littlehampton Household Waste Recycling Centre

Salary: £25,792 per annum + monthly recycling bonus

Hours: Thurs - Mon
HWRS Summer - 8:45am to 6:15pm
HWRS Winter - 8:45am to 4:15pm (closed Tues & Wed)

As a Site Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our recycling centre runs safely and efficiently. From assisting visitors to maintaining the site, your work will help create a cleaner, greener community.

• Support the day‑to‑day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Assist visitors in sorting and recycling waste effectively
• Keep the site clean, safe, and organized
• Prevent commercial and non‑compliant waste from entering the site
• Promote recycling by maximizing waste segregation wherever possible
• Be part of a team making a tangible impact on the environment and the local community
• Gain hands‑on experience working in a dynamic, outdoor environment
