The team helps clients measure, manage and reduce energy consumption, carbon emissions and achieve wider sustainability aims.

• Delivery of city/regional carbon reduction programmes
• Development of carbon management and Net Zero strategies
• Carbon footprint and greenhouse gas reporting, and ESG disclosures
• Identification and assessment of energy saving opportunities and investment case support
• Green building certification assurance on real estate capital projects
• Estates and heat decarbonisation plans
• Net Zero programme management and delivery

We seek individuals with experience in Heat Network (HN) and wider Distributed Energy (DE) projects or programmes.

Distributed Energy refers to flexible, resilient, low‑to‑zero‑carbon heat and power networks, systems and resources including heat networks, solar PV, heat pumps, energy storage, demand‑side flexibility, smart & EV charging.

Essential Competencies

• A high quality of service delivery and client management
• Consultancy experience within DE and HN projects
• Successful track record delivering DE schemes across diverse organisations
• Track record overcoming barriers through feasibility, commercialisation, procurement or delivery stages
• Knowledge and experience of DE solutions across multiple technologies
• Customer relationship development capability
• Understanding of metering and billing regulations and government policy around HN
• Programme management, reporting and organisational skills
• Knowledge of energy demands in buildings, CP1, Building Regulations Part L

Preferred Competencies

• Business development experience
• Stakeholder engagement experience
• Development of energy strategies and master planning for DE
• Data analysis skills for DE
