Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational management and supervision of social workers.
Oversee duty and assessment workflows, ensuring timely and proportionate responses.
Quality assure assessments, decision-making, and care planning.
Support staff development through reflective supervision and performance management.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes.
Assist the Service Manager with service improvement and performance targets.
About You
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Significant post-qualification experience within Children's Duty & Assessment services
3 years permanent experience.
Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and leadership skills
Able to manage pressure in a fast-paced frontline environmentConnect2
