We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to step up to Site Manager. The role involves managing a fast-paced timber frame development of 63 houses in Widnes, with a primary focus on social and affordable tenures.

• Run a brand-new timber frame site in Widnes, reporting to an experienced Site Manager.
• Deliver the 63-house programme on schedule and within budget.
• Support the development of new sites across Greater Manchester.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on site.

• Proven experience in building timber frame houses to programme.
• Ready to step up to Site Manager responsibilities.
• Strong background in affordable and social housing project delivery.

• Package starting early £40,000 with potential for up to mid‑£40,000 for the right candidate, plus car allowance.
