Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver

Overview

Veolia has one of the largest fleets in the UK, and we are looking for drivers to join our Hazardous Logistics fleet in Widnes, where you will be driving a fleet of modern vehicles. Ready to find the right role for you?

Salary: £16.77 per Hour consolidated

• Minimum weekly earnings of £838.50
• Minimum annual earnings of £43,602
• Some nights out required paid at £41.47 (parking paid separately on expenses)
• Saturday overtime rate £22.17
• Sunday overtime rate £29.57

Hours: 50 hours per week guaranteed. Monday to Friday (shifts normally start between 5am and 6am). Shifts between 10 and 13 hours.

Location: Widnes, WA8 8XW

• Collecting hazardous and non-hazardous waste from various commercial sites around the UK on vacuum tankers and general purpose tankers.
• Operating curtain siders.
• Ensure that each day all completed work is detailed on your daily worksheet and that they are handed in daily/weekly along with the daily vehicle check sheets, fuel receipts and weighbridge tickets.
• Comply with all traffic laws and legislation with relation to your duties including the security and weight of loads.

• Cat C+E (Class
  1) licence and previous driving experience.
• Driver CPC
• ADR in packages
• Curtainside experience
