Operative to support the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently?

Location:

Widnes – WA8

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (35 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break)
Salary: £24,960 per annum
Contract Type:
Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive, check, and store incoming goods
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Operatewarehouseequipment safely (training provided if needed)
• Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Work collaboratively to meet productivity targets
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles

• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Physically fit – lifting moderate loads involved
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic IT or scanner operation skills
• Awareness of health and safety standards

Qualifications &

Experience:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• Forklift License (Counterbalance or Reach) preferred but not essential
• Previouswarehouseor logistics experience – full training provided
