Are you a Civil Engineer with at least two years' consultancy experience who wants more responsibility and clearer progression? This opportunity suits a Civil Engineer ready to step up within an infrastructure design team.

You will be joining a civil and structural engineering consultancy delivering residential and commercial development projects from pre-planning through to construction. This Civil Engineer role offers design work, exposure to technical approvals and structured support towards Chartership.

As a Civil Engineer, you will work within a collaborative design team, supporting senior engineers while managing your own technical outputs.

• Preparing civil engineering drawings and designs using AutoCAD
• Supporting highways and drainage design for residential developments
• Producing calculations in line with current UK standards
• Assisting with S104, S38 and S278 submissions and approvals
• Liaising with local authorities, drainage authorities and statutory undertakers
• Coordinating with architects, clients and the wider design team

This role suits a Civil Engineer who is technically capable and keen to progress.

• At least 2 years' experience as a Civil Engineer within a consultancy
• Experience supporting roads and drainage design on residential developments
• Good AutoCAD skills with exposure to Micro Drainage or PDS
• Understanding of SuDS and CDM Regulations 2015
• A degree or HNC in Civil Engineering
