• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to integrate pharmaceutical care into patient treatment plans.
• Carry out ward cover duties, enhancing patient care and medication management.

• Registered with the HCPC and possess a valid driver’s license to travel across sites as needed.
• Experience in ward cover and aseptics as well as proficiency in clinical oncology and SACT screening are essential.
