Junior CRM Developer

Were have the opportunity for a Junior Database & Systems Co-ordinator to join our team in Wigan. Youll be working on real-world projects and innovative apps learning how different platformssuch as Zohocome together to deliver systems that make a real impact for our clients.

We want someone who has solid database skills and a genuine interest in how fields and relationships work. You dont need to have a degree and you may have been overlooked for more senior roles but if you have the ability the drive and the hunger to learn this is the right place for you.

• Build and customise CRM systems across multiple platforms.
• Apply your database knowledge to design effective field structures and relationships.
• Support automation workflows and process improvements.
• Handle data cleaning and imports / exports with accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and reports to give teams and clients clear insights.
• Work closely with senior developers and project managers on system enhancements.
• Provide support to end users resolving CRM-related issues.

• Solid experience with databases and relational data models.
• Strong problem-solving ability and an analytical mindset.
• Interest in CRM platforms and how they support business processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills to support colleagues and clients.

• Exposure to platforms such as Zoho Hub Spot Salesforce or similar.
• Knowledge of APIs Webhooks or connectors.
• Understanding of business processes like sales pipelines and customer support.
• Previous exposure to CRM systems through projects personal work or other roles.
