Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Sunday (between 7am 9 pm)

An exciting opportunity has opened at My Pets Vets for an experienced and enthusiastic Client Care assistant to join our fantastic front‑of‑house team on a fixed‑term contract!

The position will be on a shift basis ranging between 7am and 9pm with 1 in 4 weekends and bank holiday participation.

The duties will involve but are not limited to:

• Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm professional manner.
• Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures.
• Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone.
• Pro‑active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.
• Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork filling in forms etc.
• Processing prescription requests.
• Taking payments.
• Promoting offers and services.
• Ensuring that reception is clean and well‑stocked.

• Experience of working within a customer‑facing role.
• Previous Reception experience (Highly desirable).
