Retail Store Manager Designate

• Willing to travel to stores within a one-hour radius of your base location, covering Wigan, Leigh, and Warrington, until assigned to a permanent store.
• flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.

You will work alongside your Store Manager to lead your team to beat sales and service targets.

You will work together to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure optimum stock range and availability, whilst maintaining strict cost and stock control.
