Position: Order Picker-WA11
Location: Ashton in Makerfield

Ideal Recruit is currently seeking Order Pickers to join our client’s team in Haydock, WA11

Are you looking for an exciting role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are recruiting Order Pickers eager to be trained on FLT, PPT, Power Trucks, and HLLOP.

No experience or licenses? No problem! Full training and a formal one-week induction are provided in-house. Experience will be beneficial but is not required.

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and hardworking individuals with:

Ability to work FULL TIME

Consistent attendance

Strong focus on quality over quantity

Ability to work effectively throughout the shift

Pay Rates & Premiums:

Base pay: £14.74/hr (18:00–00:00: £14.74/hr, 00-00 - 06:00 £ 16.01/h)

Overtime: £18.66/hr over 40 hours

Bank holidays: £24.88/hr

Shift Patterns:

Monday to Friday, 10pm–6am

What’s Provided:

Full PPE including zip-up high-vis vests

Comprehensive training: classroom learning, picking training, and equipment use, with sign-off after one week
