Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time Permanent

Hourly rates are based off the BC Provincial Wage Guide/Years of Experience

Schedule: Days/Nights available

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centered nursing care to residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with BCCNM standards
• Foster a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, families, and staff
• Demonstrate excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• Permanent resident or citizen of Canada
• Active LPN registration with the BCCNM (or in the process of obtaining)
• Valid First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Up-to-date immunizations, including proof of negative TB test
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow long term
