This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional looking to expand their experience in financial reporting, inventory costing, cash management, and general ledger accounting.
The Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and providing financial insights to support business operations.

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and monitoring cash balances
- Maintain inventory costing records, support inventory valuations, and investigate variances
- Prepare and post journal entries while supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules
- Perform budget-to-actual comparisons and financial variance analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 1–2+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with inventory accounting, costing, and reconciliations
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
