Buyer Wilmington, MA $28-$34/hr 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM About the Role We’re seeking an organized, proactive Buyer to support the purchasing of components, materials, and services for advanced robotic systems. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, and ERP-driven processes, working closely with Purchasing, Accounting, Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, and Production.

What You Will Do Convert approved requisitions into purchase orders and send them to suppliers. Expedite past-due or at-risk orders and keep delivery dates, pricing, and quantities current in the ERP system. Manage Return to Vendor (RTV) activity through to credit, replacement, or closure. Resolve invoice, receiving, and pricing discrepancies with Accounting and Warehouse teams. Escalate supply risks to the Purchasing Manager and support process improvement projects.

What You Bring Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 0–2 years in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations; internships welcome. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and solid Excel skills. Net Suite or other ERP experience and a high-tech manufacturing background are a plus. Work Environment Primarily onsite in Wilmington, MA, with close collaboration across Operations, Warehouse, Production, and Engineering.
