An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly capable Senior Transport Planner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking transport planning consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and deliver small to medium-sized transport planning projects

· Prepare Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, and Travel Plans

· Conduct junction modelling using tools such as Junctions
10 and Lin Sig

· Input to highway design and carry out swept path assessments

· Analyse transport data and provide technically robust recommendations

· Attend client and local authority meetings, as well as public consultations

· Produce high-quality written reports and technical documentation
 
Requirements

· Minimum of 4 years' experience in transport planning consultancy

· Degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography or a related discipline

· Solid understanding of transport policy and highway design standards

· Strong analytical and written communication skills

· Confident presenting ideas and solutions in client-facing settings
