Sr Talent Executive

We’re recruiting for a boutique executive search firm working closely with investors across Infrastructure, Energy and Impact Investing.

This role suits someone with 6–18 months’ experience in sourcing and research, ideally within recruitment, who wants to build a long-term career in high-quality, insight‑led executive search.

You’ll join a founder‑led, high‑standards environment where quality, judgement and insight matter more than volume. The role focuses on delivering deep market research, structured talent mapping and strong candidate pipelines to support senior investor clients.

This is a learning‑focused role with real exposure to how investors think and hire.

• Conducting in-depth market research across infrastructure and energy sectors
• Mapping talent markets and identifying candidates via Linked In and research tools
• Building and managing candidate pipelines for live executive search mandates
• Engaging candidates professionally and representing investor‑level clients
• Supporting consultants with research, insights and candidate assessment

• Strong academic background
• A desire to succeed and build a career in exec search recruitment
• A background in research‑based academia or job roles would be beneficial.
• A background in finance or legal would be beneficial but not required
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to learn quick
