A dynamic new law firm based in Wilmslow is looking to appoint a Client Onboarding Manager to join their team in early 2026.
Specialising in Residential Property, this modern and ambitious firm is entering an exciting growth phase with a clear five-year plan and strong earning projections. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the client journey and play a key part in building the firm’s reputation for excellence.
The Role- Managing new client enquiries and the onboarding experience
- Issuing new business quotations for conveyancing and related services
- Following up with potential clients to convert quotations into new instructions
- Liaising with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth handover of new matters
- Experience in client onboarding, conveyancing quotes or a similar role within a law firm
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and confident managing multiple enquiries
