We have an amazing opportunity for someone equally as amazing to join our growing team as a Trainee Merchandiser.

• Support the merchandising and buying team by managing individual product categories, including accurate purchase order creation and intake management.
• Coordinate with the buying team to ensure orders are raised correctly and on time, flagging any discrepancies.
• Manage the critical path with buying, identifying risks and delays and suggesting appropriate actions.
• Work with the warehouse to resolve issues and ensure stock is listed online quickly.
• Regularly review the website to ensure products are available, shoppable, and fully sized.
• Analyse best and worst‑selling styles and propose actions to the merchandiser.
• Conduct ad hoc Excel analyses and update reports as requested; basic Excel skills are an advantage, and training is provided.
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to build effective relationships, delivering prompt, accurate, and positive responses to all enquiries.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, positivity, and readiness for problem‑solving and overcoming obstacles.
• Maintain awareness and understanding of competitors.
• Report into a junior, senior, or senior merchandiser.
