As a Sales Associate you will represent Bang & Olufsen exclusively through our Partner’s business: B&O Wilmslow. Your CV will be shared with this trusted partner business.

• Be the expert on all product and sales details, pricing information, brand awareness, brand history, delivery details, and other customer requirements.
• Understand and practice the processes of solution selling to maximise opportunities for upselling and add‑on selling with new and existing clients.
• Maintain an excellent level of personal presentation and confidently demonstrate showroom products.
• Manage all customer queries and see them through to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Stay informed about new product developments, company initiatives, and all promotional activity.
• Use the CRM system to ensure required levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
• Ensure all promotional materials are displayed on time as directed by the line manager.
• Participate in training and development to expand your professional skillset and knowledge.
• Attend customer events, evening or weekend, when required.
• Conduct site surveys and home demonstrations, including before and after normal working hours if necessary.

• Outgoing and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent team spirit and helpful attitude.
• Experience with MS Office; knowledge of payment and order systems is a plus.
• Comfortable representing a high‑end brand with a high service level and smart dressing.
• Fluency in English.
