We’re growing our Engineering team to strengthen our ability to deliver world‑class digital products for our clients.

As a Senior Front End Engineer, you’ll play a key role in a fast‑moving proof‑of‑concept engagement. The goal is to build something that looks great, works well, and helps make confident technology choices. The exact framework is not fixed, so we need someone who is strong on front‑end fundamentals and adaptable across tools.

You’ll partner closely with product and design to shape the experience, move quickly, and make sensible technical decisions without getting stuck in framework debates.

• Build and iterate on a proof‑of‑concept front‑end at pace, focusing on outcomes and usability.
• Collaborate closely with Product and UX to shape journeys, interactions, and responsiveness.
• Integrate with back‑end APIs sensibly and reliably.
• Make pragmatic choices and trade‑offs to keep delivery moving while maintaining quality.
• Help evaluate and recommend front‑end approaches grounded in real‑world implementation, not theory.

• Strong front‑end engineering experience and confidence with at least one modern framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
• Adaptability: you're happy to work with whichever framework fits the work, and you are not framework‑locked.
• Excellent understanding of front‑end fundamentals: responsive design, layout, browser rendering behaviour, performance basics.
• Experience consuming APIs and building robust UI states (loading, error, empty, offline‑friendly patterns).
• A delivery mindset: you can make decisions, move forward, and communicate trade‑offs clearly.

• Experience working on short, high‑impact prototypes or POCs.
• Experience with map‑heavy or highly interactive UIs.
• Familiarity with offline caching patterns and performance optimisation.
