Freelance Site Manager – Industrial Refurbishment

Rate: £240 – £250 per day (CIS)

A well-established main contractor with a turnover of circa £70M is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee 2 industrial refurbishment projects based in Swindon.

The schemes are industrial refurbishment projects, with a combined value of approximately £500k, and will run concurrently for a period of 8 weeks.

The Role:

* Acting as Number 1 Site Manager across both projects

* Day-to-day site management, coordination of subcontractors and trades

* Managing health & safety on site, including RAMS

* Ensuring programmes are met and works are delivered to a high standard

* Liaising with the project team and reporting progress

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial refurbishment projects

* Experience acting as Number 1 on projects up to £500k

* Strong knowledge of health & safety and site compliance

* Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously

* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Fire Marshall & Asbestos Awareness Tickets Required.
