PSR Solutions are partnering with a progressive care provider to recruit a high-calibre Operations Manager to support continued growth across the South of England, with a key focus on Swindon.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who leads from the front, owns outcomes and drives high standards. You’ll be accountable for operational performance, compliance, quality of care and financial delivery across a portfolio of homes.

Providing visible, hands-on leadership, you’ll mentor Home Managers, challenge underperformance and embed consistent, sustainable improvement. Commercially aware and confident, you’ll play a key role in aligning day-to-day operations with the organisation’s vision and values.

This is a superb opportunity for an Operations Manager ready to make an impact.

• Lead, develop and support Home Managers and senior teams
• Drive compliance, quality of care and safe environments
• Manage budgets, performance and commercial outcomes
• Monitor KPIs and deliver measurable improvement
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and regulators

• Proven Operations Manager experience within care homes or healthcare
• Strong people leadership and commercial acumen
• Excellent knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards
• Confident decision‑maker, resilient and results driven
• Full UK driving licence
• NMC registration desirable but not essential.
