For this role it is essential that you have experience of working as a Sommelier within a top hotel or restaurant.

• Be a passionate wine professional and provide courteous and efficient service to all guests, maintaining the highest standards of service.
• Be responsible for developing and enhancing the wine service across the whole restaurant.
• Offer a full wine service with thorough knowledge of the menu and wine list, advising guests on wine selections and food and wine pairings.
• Supervise a team of more junior sommeliers.

• Experience as a Sommelier within a top hotel or restaurant is essential.
