This range is provided by Fynity. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus annual performance bonus, private medical insurance, 8% non‑contributory pension, flexible and hybrid working, electric car leasing, cycle‑to‑work schemes, wellbeing and recognition initiatives.

• Managing end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns for technical and corporate positions
• Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
• Sourcing candidates directly via Linked In Recruiter and other tools to build strong talent pipelines
• Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding with precision and professionalism
• Maintaining regular candidate communication for a great candidate experience
• Managing relationships with external recruitment partners when required
• Supporting contract and permanent hiring activity across the business
• Continuously improving recruitment processes and contributing ideas to enhance our direct hiring model

• Experience in a fast‑paced recruitment delivery role (in‑house or agency)
• Strong sourcing skills, ideally using Linked In Recruiter
• Ability to build strong relationships with prospect candidates and internal stakeholders
• A passion for outstanding service and process improvement
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive, collaborative team
