Our client has been voted in the top 5 most profitable recruitment businesses in the country with offices in the UK & US.

They work on a Business Development and Delivery model going against the grain of the traditional 360 route and it works!!

They are looking to add to their Delivery function to join a team of highly motivated, leading delivery consultants.

• Candidate sourcing – using various sourcing techniques to identify, engage and attract qualified candidates.
• Screening and assessment – conduct thorough screening interviews with candidates both over the phone and video.
• Build bespoke talent pools within your specific niche.
• Market research.

• 2 + years in a 360-recruitment role or delivery role
• Our client will also look at grads or candidates looking for their first role within Sales/Recruitment
• Experience in an outbound sales role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to success
• Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends
• Tech recruitment experience would be an advantage

You will receive a basic salary of up to £55,000 + £120k OTE (uncapped) with established delivery consultants doing £150k +, mapped out progression, international travel opportunities & much, much more!!
