Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm – Job Type: Full‑time

• Provide administrative support to the operations and logistics team
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and updating routes
• Maintain accurate records for delivery paperwork and PODs
• Support coordination of field team diaries
• Update internal systems with job, delivery and stock information
• Liaise with customers to confirm delivery details where required

• Previous experience in an administrative, operations or logistics support role
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with customers and internal teams
• IT literate and able to pick up new systems quickly
• Reliable and available to start immediately
