Are you an experienced MOT Technician seeking a new opportunity within a reputable automotive workshop in Winchester? Our client, a well-established industry leader, is actively recruiting a dedicated MOT Technician to join their professional team. Duties typical of an MOT Technician with our client:

Perform MOT tests in compliance with DVSA standards, with current MOT licence
Service vehicles, including routine maintenance, diagnostic work, and repairs
Carry out brake, clutch, timing belt replacements
Utilise modern diagnostic tools and software for fault diagnosis
Maintain workshop standards, health, and safety compliance
Deliver excellent customer service while upholding workshop standards

Requirements:

Valid MOT tester’s licence, with recent testing experience preferred or DVSA update within the last 6 months
Full UK driving licence
Proven experience as an MOT Technician within a professional workshop environment
Technical proficiency with diagnostic equipment and vehicle repair procedures
NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent (preferred)
A proactive work approach, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering excellent customer satisfaction
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
