A position is vacant for Quantity Surveyor

A market leading complete building envelope specialist is seeking a Quantity Surveyor on permanent basis. The location of the quantity surveying job will be Winchester and the perks will be £31k - 47k annually.

Eligibility
:
Well versed with cladding and steel work, specialization in a trade, main contractor background, customary surveying background, verified D&B work, NEC 3 / JCT experience, working knowledge in crossrail, network rail and airport work.

Duties & Responsibilities
:
Provide commercial support to Design and Contract staff, arrange valuations for payment along with variations, settling final accounts, setting up sub-contract orders and order documentation, re-measurement of bills of quantities, developing cost budgets and prices, scrutinizing costs, assessing sub-contract tenders, reporting of contract accounts and executing tasks entrusted to you by the Commercial Director or corresponding.

The candidate must contain a degree/HND or equal in Quantity Surveying and considerable experience with a related specialist or main contractor.
