We’re working with a Winchester‑based practice seeking an Architectural Technician to join their technical team, delivering high‑performance data centre projects
. This is a chance to work on complex commercial projects with career progression and hybrid working.
£40,000.00 – £50,000.00
Role & Responsibilities- Work on data centre and commercial projects with a focus on BIM and technical coordination
- Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for smooth project delivery
- Assist with project management tasks and manage project teams
- Opportunities for international travel
- 2+ years in relevant sectors across all project stages
- Strong design and technical skills,
Revit proficiency (Revit test at interview) - Understanding of UK, US, or EU permitting/construction processes
- Confident communicator, team player, organised, proactive
- Hybrid working (2 days in the office, core hours 10am–3pm)
- Support for learning & development
, paid professional subscriptions, cycle scheme - Business travel and lunch allowances, regular team events
