Garden Designer – £40K–£65K 🌿🏛️
Winchester, Hampshire | Permanent | Full-time
Join a design-led studio with 25+ years’ experience crafting classical gardens for historic estates
, listed properties
, and private homes
. This is your chance to work on beautiful, heritage-rich projects across the South of England.
- Salary: £40,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
- Private healthcare

- Hybrid working after 6 months
- Design and deliver classical private gardens from concept to completion
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Collaborate with architects, planners, and gardeners
- Contribute to planting design and mentor junior team members
- 4+ years’ UK landscape design experience
- Strong plant knowledge & seasonal planting skills
- Interest in traditional/classical
