As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will help plan and construct roads, bridges, and buildings. You’ll work on‑site and in the office, learning how to design, build, and maintain structures while ensuring everything is built correctly and safely.

For graduates with a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Our programme offers formal training and on‑the‑job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. To be eligible you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.

The role involves regular site‑based visits, including travel between locations. Prior to joining Balfour Beatty you must hold a full UK driver’s licence.
